Mary is very nice. She asked if I needed 2 or more pictures. We ended up chatting and I never got to actually answer the question. She did 4 and charged me 40 usd (20 per 2) even if I only needed one (and it was the same picture!) More clarity from the beginning would have been appreciated. I asked her why I was being charged 40 USD and she said because I got 4 photos. I told her I only needed one. She replied: well, they usually ask for 3-4. But she never confirmed with me. I ended up spending 20 extra bucks just because. It felt like she took advantage of the situation. Now I see that other people have experienced the same. Make sure that you clarify from the beginning that you don’t need more than 2.

I thought getting my passport photo was going to be a long arduous out of the way chore, but I was able to get it done here in the 15 minutes I would have otherwise been waiting for the bus in! Truly felt like a little side quest to my commute

Can confirm, great experience for a passport photo! Very fast, great at helping you get a good picture, making sure all the requirements are met (no glasses, no teeth, etc). Printed in minutes, done from start to finish in 10 min. Highly suggest for someone looking for a passport photo.

Came for passport photos and was charged $26 because the first photo looked "shiny" on their laptop. They had asked me to wipe my face and gave the green light that its good to proceed, yet later said it might not work and suggested a retake—without mentioning an extra charge. Better communication upfront would have been appreciated.

Wow - what a wonderful, above and beyond experience of having my passport photo taken! She was friendly, put me at ease and gave me some tips on how to relax my face, roll my shoulders, and produce a great photo despite the "no smile, no glasses, no hair on forehead" and other US passport requirements. I told her I wished she worked for the DMV to improve my ghastly photo on my CDL. Only $13, there was no wait. HIGHLY recommend.

Great visa photo service but cost almost 2x compared to Walgreens. I took a photo, received digital copy and two printed photos. Digital copy cost $13+tax Two hard copies cost (additional) $18+tax Total $35
