From the start, their team conducted a thorough walkthrough of the space to make sure we were aligned on expectations, the attendee experience, and the overall event setup. On the day of the event, everything looked incredibly professional and polished for our executive-level audience. The sound quality was excellent throughout, and the team handled last-minute additions, like music, seamlessly. The technicians were friendly, attentive, and checked in regularly to ensure everything ran smoothly. They were supportive from start to finish, and we would absolutely recommend them and look forward to working with them again in the future.

I needed headshots done for a new position in healthcare—new box was able to fit me in next day! The photographer was highly skilled, professional and was able to direct me appropriately in order to get the best shots. The studio is clean and convenient. I worked with Jeremy, for my headshot session and he was absolutely INCREDIBLE. He made me feel so at ease, showing me the best angles and tips for the best photos. I am SO happy with the way they turned out. From the second I booked the session, to receiving the photos, the New Box team made it so easy and streamlined. Rates are MUCH more affordable compared to some of the other places in the area that charge a minimum of $500. I HIGHLY recommend New Box!!!

Excellent experience! The booking process was seamless--Jaime helped make the appointment and he was super kind, professional, and responsive. Jeremy, the photographer, was also very kind and it was a pleasure working with him. He gave advice on how to fix my hair and adjust my posture throughout the session and I absolutely loved how all of my headshots turned out. For the high quality of photos and service, their prices are also very reasonable! I highly recommend them!
