Snappr Photography

Great experience. It was easy to schedule ( I scheduled a shoot in the evening and had it done the next morning) The photographer was on time, professional, took great shots - I got them back on 24 hours. This was so easy and fast. I didn't need to search, arrange, wait and still not know who your getting at twice the price. For what I wanted, this is brilliant.

I have really mixed feelings. The first time I used it, the experience was great. Fast, responsive customer support, good photographer, nice photos. I would give five stars. The second time, maybe 6 month later, is frustrating. Maybe their business model changed or something. First of all, I was browsing at some point and didn't book anyone yet. Then I received a very passionate phone call from them urging me to book. That was a surprise. Oh well, I liked them before, so I booked a session. Later, due to change of schedule I want to push my appointment time an hour later. This is when I obsoletely can't reach anyone for help. I tried their customer support email. Emailed twice within four days, no reply. Then I tried to call. Called about 10 times, every time I was put on hold forever, even if it says I'm number one in the queue. Sometimes it even just says "we are experiencing high demands" and hangs me up right away. I tried the online chat, doesn't work either. It just says "we'll get the right person to help you" and never does anything after that. In sum, I think there might be a change in this company. Now the only thing they care is to get your money. After you paid, all customer support disappears. It's not like they are too busy, obviously they have many people monitoring your browsing history and calling you to secure your booking...

I would recommend Zack for any and every event you can book with Snapr! The customer service from him and Snapr was out of this world! They made sure my surprise engagement photos went off without a hitch!

I wanted engagement pictures made in the snow, and that's exactly what I got! Nate did a wonderful job, and I would book him again!
