First of all, the waiting line is way too long!! It is very very unacceptable! Me and my family were waiting for over 2 hours!! The kids were complaining and so were me and my husband. When they finally call us and let us in, the photographer wasn’t the best with the kids at all. Me and my husband had to do all the work!! But even after all of that, to be honest the pictures did come out very good and very high quality after a couple of tries, but the main thing is how overpriced they are!! If you have enough patience and money and want good quality photos, i recommend this place.

Terrible place. The lady who was taking pictures today was awful, she couldn’t get a single shot right, unable to get a decent picture of my daughter and got mad because she didn’t stay still. Do you know what is a 2 years old???? If she is unable to work with kids JUST SHOULD NOT BE WORKING THERE. She gave us little time. At the end almost 300 dollars for pictures are better taken with my cell phone. PLEASE think twice before wasting your money here.

I had a very disappointing experience at this JCPenney Portrait Studio. My family had an appointment scheduled for 11:00 AM, but the store didn’t even open until 11. We waited outside, checked in immediately, and still sat around before being taken in. When we finally started, the photographer (who I believe was the manager) seemed rushed, impatient, and distracted the entire time. He gave almost no direction. Our session was done in less than 30 minutes, which makes no sense for getting quality family photos. After that, we waited another 45 minutes just to view the photos, and most of them were not good. Considering the time and money spent getting our hair done, preparing outfits, and getting the kids ready, I expected much better. This is my third year coming here, and this was by far the worst experience. I understand they had call-outs, but customers should never feel like an inconvenience. I left disappointed and honestly unsure if I’ll return or recommend this studio again.

Terrible experience. Terrible photos. Very blurry. They weren’t patient with my NEWBORN. Cried the whole way home then took better pictures with my iPhone.

Fortunately we had a great time at this location. The staff Janee and Connor were friendly and very accommodating. Very pleased with the way the photos came out. Actually thinking of coming back in Feb for my baby's first birthday photos.

I’ve been coming here for years but this time around was overall terrible, I showed up early for our holiday pictures and was told there were 3 parties ahead the wait time would be 30-45 minutes. We waited 1 hour and 30 minutes. When we finally were getting our photos taken I expressed to our photographer France M that my toddler is Autistic to please be patient especially after the long wait. She was not patient in fact seemed irritated. The photos she took of my daughter were blurry only 2/3 of the pictures were decent. I ended up being told we will take a few as a courtesy from the lady at the front desk. France came out about 20-30 minutes telling me that I would have to wait until 8 pm to be accommodated. I told her I couldn't wait as at that point it was 6pm and I arrived at 3:20. She was annoyed with me and I told her there was no need for attitude, but we were waiting for a long time and my Autistic child was not having it and I dont have a car to come another time. She said well if you want you will have to wait until 8. I asked them for her name and the team at the front desk stated they could not give me her name. I ended up finding out her name because the pictures say the photographers name. Please teach your "professional photographers" to be a little more nicer and understanding that people with children especially special needs toddlers who’ve been waiting around aren’t trying to be difficult we are just trying to have an easy and smooth transition for EVERYONE

THE WORST DO NOT GO HERE. I've been waiting for a response from the location's management so that I didn't have to write such a terrible review but here we are months later after going back and forth with corporate and no real resolution. My family booked a photoshoot online during the holiday season. It was booked online because no one at this location answers the phone. Knowing we may be at the cap for the number of people a relative tried to call, to no avail, and ended up going into the location to inform them of the number (15 people, 6 of them traveling 5 hours to be here for this photoshoot). She was told it was fine. The day of the shoot arrives and they push our time back. The same relative asks again if the number of people would be a problem and was told that it was fine for a second time. A mere few hours later when we go to take the pictures it is now a different story. We rotate back and forth through the shoot since we cannot take photos with one another and then at the end we beg the photographer to please take the one photo we came there for and she does (she was kind). We are the last people left in the studio and now the manager makes it a point to let us know she "has" to delete the photo with everyone in it because somehow it is "against company policy." My mother literally begs this woman (I've watched her fight cancer 3 times and not shed a single tear in front of her family) and cries as she explains that one of our relatives is ill and this our attempt at capturing a last memory for us and the kids. The response was that she was deleting it anyway and that we should just take a picture of the computer screen as she deletes it. We are told the photos would be emailed within the next few days. We had to call several times just to get the photos as they were not sent within a few days or even the week. I called corporate and come to find out the manager was wrong they do accept larger groups and this is why we were told multiple times that the size if the group was fine. She had no right to behave the way she did and that they will make sure she contacts me. I've called a few times as she has never reached out. JC Penny and Lifetouch need to do better by their customers.
