If I could give this business zero stars, I would. I had my maternity photos taken over a month ago. These photos were incredibly meaningful to my family, as this is our first child after four years of infertility, and they were the only professional photos we planned to take during my pregnancy. To date, I have received only one image. I have called multiple times seeking an update, but no one has been able to provide a solution. I have repeatedly been told that the photos are visible on their end, but due to an unresolved IT issue, I cannot access them. Despite this, they have refused to print the photos, save them to a USB drive, or provide them in any other format. The only communication I receive is from management, who repeatedly assures me that the issue will be resolved by a specific date. Each promised date passes without any progress, and I am given the same explanation over and over. This experience has been incredibly disappointing and emotionally distressing. No customer should have to go through this, especially when the photos represent such a significant milestone. At this point, I am left feeling like I may never receive these memories, and it is disheartening to feel that there has been little urgency or concern in resolving the issue.

Staff was friendly, accommodating & the pictures came out better than what we expected from JCP. My Only issue was my appointment was at 10:30 & I wasn’t taken until after 11. My advise is to Know what you're looking for and what it will cost you prior to going in otherwise you will be surprised and upset at the fees. If you are using Groupon, know that it only covers the cost of taking the photos and 1 print out (you will also additionally cover $10 shipping). The Groupon will also give you discounts on many items in the store like the canvas prints & tiles. If you want all pictures digitally expect to pay around $150 total on top of the Groupon.

Great experience! My siblings and I brought my mom to do some fun photos for her birthday. The photographer, Allyson, understood what we wanted and made sure it happened. She also assisted me a week prior when I called with questions and she was able to answer them all and made me feel very confident about our upcoming session. We didn't have to wait and weren't rushed through the session, making sure we got every photo we wanted. We had a really fun time and the pictures were perfect 🥰 I highly recommend requesting Allyson for your photo session.

Had the worst experience should have gone to a different location in PA instead. Natasha was the photographer she was limited in photo poses suggestions. I asked if I can take another pose because the pose she recommended didn’t come out right. She agreed but remained quite didn’t suggest anything. Won’t be returning to this location. By the looks of it seems like this location isn’t the best. Based on the reviews should have checked the reviews first.

We had a super disappointing experience. We were recommended to this specific location after a friend had a positive experience a few weeks ago. We had a 3:45pm appointment, and weren't called back to have our pictures taken until close to 5pm. There was ZERO communication regarding them being backed up, or having a wait. When we were finally called back, the photographer was super friendly, but the session was extremely rushed. The session felt as if he was going through a check list of photos to take, rather than accessing what would look best for our family. There was zero direction or feedback given from the photographer. After waiting over an hour, we finished our pictures within 10 minutes, and then had to wait to review our pictures. As we predicted, our photos looked as rushed as they were and we left without purchasing a single family photo. We were able to get 2 good single shots of our daughter, but the family photos were underwhelming. It was certainly challenging to entertain a 1.5 year old during an unexpected wait, but it would have been a more positive experience if we felt as if the wait was worth it once it was actually our turn. Instead we left 2 hours later still without family photos for our holiday card.

Overall, had a good experience. The first photographer (can’t remember her name), wasn’t helpful at all, so I had another photographer redo my headshots (there was another staff member who was helpful with choosing my background- can’t remember her name😩). I highly recommend getting Wanya! He helped me with my poses/angles! He was fun to work with and professional!

Terrible service. Photos have not delivered and it's been a month. Also, the digital photo album with a coupon was the same as 2 physical photos, but they didn't tell me that while I was in store, so I ordered the physical photos. Then, I had to call over 6 customer services numbers, go physically to the post office, and I still have not received my photos. I have never had a worse customer service experience. Do NOT take your photos here, or at any JCPenney, if you ever want to get your pictures.
