We don’t usually go for professional photographers. But we wanted someone experienced and well skilled in photography to help capture my parents 50th wedding anniversary. Unexpectedly, we found Miguel, who was willing to go to great lengths and take photos of our family at a church, because our family wanted to get an official document for the anniversary. Other photographers I found online wouldn’t have done this for us, but Miguel did. And for that we were very grateful for. Throughout our experience, we noticed Miguel’s connection and dedication with our family. He even made the effort to get to know the names of my parents and our immediate family. In the studio, it was a very lively environment with Miguel making jokes and showing kindess to our group. There were multiple moments when he asked the kids to kiss their grandparents. To which everyone howled with laughter, most of them didn’t even make contact with their grandparents’ cheeks. Miguel kept asking for the kids to kiss their grandparents, probably to get everyone to relax and lighten the mood. Overall, I rated Miguel’s work 5 stars for his effort, his easy going personality, and his professionalism. In the future, will recommend Miguel to other friends and family who want to capture their special moments too.

Miguel was amazing! This was our second time using him. First for family portraits and most recently for my son’s first birthday photos. He was incredibly patient with our baby, very interactive, and took the time to try many different poses. The photos turned out beautiful. We had such a great experience and will definitely be using him again. Highly recommend!

My family and I was in Great Lakes to attend my daughter's graduation from RTC and I needed Brand photos for my business and I thought it would great to get some new family photos as well. Miguel did an amazing job. He was punctual, professional and knowledgable about his craft. Very easy to work with. He was able to capture beautiful candid and posed moments from all of us including my grandson who's 1 and very busy...lol. All of the shots turned out beautifully.

Miguel and Camilla photographed my wedding this last weekend and honestly were simply amazing. They were professional and so good about making sure we are getting shots in during the chaos. They were so good at what they do and will definitely be the ones I use for any future events.

My wife and I got married at City Hall marriage court downtown Chicago Nov 20, 2024 and needed to find a photographer pretty quickly. After looking around using google and some other sites we were lucky to find Miguel on thumbtack. We contacted several photographers and after looking at his portfolio and seeing how professional, responsive, and willing to work with our budget he was we chose him. It turned out to be the best choice! He was incredibly easy to work with and responded to all of our inquiries and questions immediately. My wife does not like taking pictures and we have several friends and family who were meeting for the first time at the wedding so you can imagine it was a little stressful for us. Miguel made everyone so comfortable and was so flexible with the location and timing as the afternoon developed. He was able to get so many great shots we had a hard time picking the best ones and my wife couldn't be happier and repeatedly said how good he is at what he does.

We love Miguel! We've used him now for family pictures for 4 years running and he never disappoints. He always gets the shot - with a baby, a toddler, 1 dog, 2 dogs, doesn't mater he'll get the best shot of your family. We highly recommend him for the quality, variety of shots, coaching during the shots and responsiveness.

I hired Miguel for my wedding and I love his work. Would definitely recommend him to anyone. Me and my husband loved how our pictures came out.
