I had a WONDERFUL photo session of my almost two year old with Julissa (I think that's her name i'm so sorry if it's not!). She was professional, attentive, quick, and she got incredible shots. She was not afraid to get on the floor with the babies and take shots on their level. She had toys ready to go if needed! She also managed to hold up my phone playing Ms Rachel above her head while taking photos... unreal! She was amazing and the photos are evidence of that. Incredible service, incredible work, could not recommend enough!

It is rare to find a photographer who possesses both a technical eye and the genuine warmth required to connect with a family, but her service was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, JuRussia created an environment that felt less like a stiff photo session and more like a comfortable playdate. What stood out most, however, was her incredible patience and intuition with our one-year old. Despite the usual fussiness that comes with a toddler and a camera, she managed to break through her shell with such gentle, creative energy that she gave her very first genuine smile for a professional lens. Those captured moments aren't just photos; they are a testament to her unique ability to make magic happen under pressure. JuRussia made the pics look absolutely incredible. What a fulfilling day and experience!!!

JuRussia was awesome. She made the session very easy which is difficult to do with a 1 year old. She’s a sweetheart. Pictures came out great as well.

Had a wonderful experience with Jessy on 2/4/24 She was so fun to work with, helped my (now) fiancé and I pose with ease, and gave us hilarious poses. We had a blast; it was such a cute date and overall memorable experience! I'm super happy with the results and the fact we got professional photos taken as boyfriend and girlfriend. HIGHLY recommend. We will being coming back for future milestones!

I came here with my family on a Saturday in the middle of the holiday season and it was packed. The whole team was accommodating and moving everyone along with transparency about wait times. We completely understood about the delays and once we got in with our photographer, Melanie, it was one of the best experiences my family and I have done. She was there all morning and Melanie still gave us all of her effort and energy to make sure it was what we wanted and made sure she got the best pictures. The whole team was super nice and makes me want to come back for more photos.

The only good part of our experience was the photographer who was nice and took good pictures. The remainder of the experience was really bad. Upon arrival we were told they were running 15-20 minutes behind. That was a lie. After 45 minutes I asked again and we were told it would be another 20 minutes which was also a lie. We weren’t brought in for pictures until an hour and a half later after our scheduled appointment time. If you’re going to be that late just be up front and don’t blatantly lie to customers. There were multiple other families also waiting and their appointments were all for the same time as ours so it’s not like we were missed, they were just behind that much. Then when we were checking out, the employee did not know how to work the computer (or was using an aggressive sales tactic to get me to buy more) and kept selecting "shipping" options even though we were only getting digital downloads. This gave her a computer error for which I offered multiple times to show her the correct way to fix the error, and instead she tried to get me to agree to add a $9.99 ornament to my order just to make her shipping error screen go away. I told her no I only wanted digital, and when she finally took my advice to select "none" what do you know the shipping error went away. We will never do portraits here again.

We had the best experience with Giovanna! We went on a Saturday so it was definitely a little busy but she was so patient and graceful and we never once felt rushed! She really took her time to get the perfect picture whether it was positioning, lighting, poses, smiles— she really took the time to make sure we got the most amazing family photos! I could not be happier with the pictures we have and memories we will keep forever. Literally perfect. Book with Giovanna— you will not be disappointed!
