JCPenney Portraits

We had Karen do our maternity photos because the pricing packages were great. However, the experience was disappointing. Karen came across as pushy, loud, and somewhat unsettling. She continued insisting on her own poses even after we expressed that we had specific poses in mind. The entire photoshoot felt rushed, and there was little assistance with adjusting my dress. As a result, in many of the photos my dress was not properly positioned, and my chest appears exposed. I wonder ifs it’s some soft of refund process..

Went for some awkward sibling photos with my brother as a gift to our parents. They had some great holiday deals going on at the time and we ended up getting a bunch of stuff when we expected to only buy the photos. The staff that worked with us was super nice and did a great job posing us and explaining the deals to us. Definitely recommend!

It was an interesting experience. The session was great but the service after was disappointing. what was 24-48 hrs turned into 5 days of delivery for my portraits . I wish their customer service could have been helpful when I called since the portrait studio seemed busy when you call. You come prepared to take the pictures no make up services or outfits provided.

Had a great experience with Kim today! She was incredibly patient with my toddler and was able to get really good photos despite my daughter making it difficult! Turn around was quick as well. Recieved my digital album within 2 hours of the visit!

Very patient photographers. We've gone to them twice in two years and love our photos. Our walls are covered with them.

I think Karen was the photographer that took our pictures. She was just amazing! We had so much fun creating photos and memories for our parents anniversary.

Sarah did a fabulous job with our family portraits. We had a large group and she made sure to get everyone including children looking and smiling at the camera. She listened to what we wanted and was very professional. Thank you!
