Cinnamon and Birch

Had my maternity photos done with cinnamon and birch at the beginning of June, once we were finished she told me that it would be about 2 weeks and I’d have my photos back. Here we are going on 2 months later and I have yet to receive my photos back and I have reached out a hand full of times. It’s very disheartening to pay the amount you pay for this service and not receive any response whatsoever or any of your photos

We had our engagement photos with Cinnamon + Birch! She did such a great job with our absolutely spaz of a dog too! She was quick to get us scheduled so we could take advantage of the fall that was left and made it a very fun experience. We love our pictures even the ones that capture our dog’s energy 🤣.

I highly recommend Sydney! She captured our wedding and they were absolutely stunning!! And did my maternity photos, then she captured our little boys milestone up to a year!! I was never disappointed, plus in the middle of the milestone pictures of our son she took family photos for Mother day and pictures with Santa! I always recommend her to everyone that is looking for a photographer! You won’t regret your decision!! Over the course of all the photos she has taken of my family I feel as I gain a friendship💙 we love her

I have never been happier with photos in my life. Sydney is so fun, so easy going, and she knows what she's doing. We are absolutely in love with these. She listened to the "vision" we had and executed it way better than we imagined. Cannot recommend Cinnamon and Birch enough.

Sydney and I met when I was looking for someone to take photos for our engagement party VERY last minute. Our photographer had canceled and left us in a bad spot. She offered an affordable price AND drove to us. She took amazing photos. We've been friends ever since and she has taken photos for us for Christmas that we LOVED. She is so talented and as a fledgling photographer, I have learned so much from her! I consider her a friend and am proud to know her and see her business grow. She always got our photos back to us in record time, too! We had a terrible wedding photo experience with a different photographer and it is a serious regret of ours that we did not ask Sydney to photograph our wedding.

Sydney was fantastic to work with! She did our engagement and wedding photos and we were very satisfied. She listened to what we were looking for and also provided guidance on posing. She was easy to get a hold of and always had our best interests in mind.

I found Sydney to be quite communicative with me when I reached out with questions. We hired her for our wedding and she’s human, like most people, and she’s had a number of health related challenges come up in her family that have been out of her control. My recommendation is to be patient, show some grace, and when you have concerns, follow up and express them to Sydney, do not assume nor do not give up. She does get back to her clients. She delivered my photos (the entire gallery, within a week of our wedding). Very happy with them and I would hire her again.
