I visited the studio twice within one week, once with my daughter and again with my brothers and sisters and my mother. The photographer was highly professional, courteous, and skilled in directing poses. He made us feel welcome and at ease, even sharing jokes with my mother, who speaks only Spanish. He was patient and took the time to explain the pricing and packages in detail, ensuring that my mother and sisters felt comfortable throughout the process. We ultimately purchased the mini media bundle, and I highly recommend requesting Domingo for any photography needs. I plan to return in February for additional photos.

We booked an appointment for family photos and were disappointed with the overall experience. We arrived on time, completed the paperwork, selected a background, and waited about 10 minutes, which wasn’t an issue. However, two other customers arrived after us, and it appeared the studio was running behind. Our session felt extremely rushed and lasted no more than about seven minutes. It seemed like they were trying to move quickly, which affected the quality of the photos. We were also not informed that choosing two backgrounds was an option, even though the customers after us were allowed to do so. When it came time to review the photos, there were only two that turned out well. One photo was blurry, and another had my eyes closed, leaving us with very limited options. Because of this, we chose not to purchase the full album. We would have happily done so if the photos had been better. Additionally, the staff member assisting us was clearly sick and coughing, even though she was wearing a mask. With a baby present, this made us uncomfortable. I understand this isn’t her fault and hope she’s feeling better, but combined with everything else, it added to the overall negative experience. We plan to try a different location and hope for a better experience next time.

We had such an amazing experience at JCPenney Portraits, all thanks to our photographer, Camila. She was an absolute professional from the moment we walked in, making us feel completely at ease. We especially appreciated her incredible patience with our family, and she had a special touch that made even our restless children feel comfortable and engaged. The photos turned out beautifully, and she captured our family's personality perfectly. It’s clear she has a genuine passion for her work. We would highly recommend Camila to anyone looking for a photographer and will definitely be returning to her for our future family pictures.

Loved it , best customer service , brought my daughter & son to take some pictures for Christmas. Alexander was great , knew how to made my son smile & look directly into the camera. Her customer service was A1 experienced above average, knew how to explain the packages for the photos, and had patience to let me pick the photos I wanted to get. I would definitely recommend this place and would come back again.

Danny D did our newborn photographs. He was amazing! He was very patient with our newborn son and recommended we book another 30 minute time slot so we would have more time in case our newborn wasn’t cooperating. He did all the poses we asked for: newborn in 2 different wraps, newborn in normal clothes, newborn with parents, etc. Danny D gave us an excellent price and package deal. He was directing all our poses and was very professional and gave us a little more extra time. He was fantastic. One of the best photographers. I highly recommend Danny D. Worst service ever! Timed reservations are useless. They will have you wait past your reservation for walk ins. The place is so filthy, stained chairs and the smell of They tried screwing me over by lying about lightning issues when in actuality they over booked themselves and didn't have time to change backgrounds?! I've filed a complaint with corporate and expect some type of compensation over this.

Our first experience here and it was so amazing. We arrived early to check in and it gave us enough time to choose from the packages we wanted, our photographer Julie Sosa was not only helpful with information on packages! but she made us all feel really comfortable and took amazing pictures ! all staff was respectful and welcoming.
