We had such a great experience using Megan at The Halcyon Days Photography for our maternity and newborn photos! She chose a beautiful outdoor sunset location for our maternity session and guided us with poses that felt natural and flattering. She truly is an artist with a vision. We loved being able to include our dogs, which made it even more special. For the newborn session, she had so many adorable prop options and helped bring my ideas to life, especially a sunflower and monarch butterfly theme. She made the entire process feel easy and enjoyable, and we’re so happy with how everything turned out. I definitely recommend using The Halcyon Days Photography!

We had an amazing experience with Megan for our Family/Newborn photography session. She was incredibly patient with our kids and our newborn baby. She is very creative and have alot props to work with for creative photography. She takes candid, professional and beautiful photos. I’ve never been one for going to a professional photographer, as it’s something far out of my comfort zone and something I’ve never been interested in. But my best friend gifted me and my husband a Maternity shoot to capture some amazing memories of the wonderful pregnancy I had and at first I was very hesitant. But boy am I SO glad that we accepted, Megan made us feel so comfortable and the photos are so astonishing. She was both so sweet and professional, and I’ve never cried looking at images of myself and my husband together until now. The natural lighting she used and took advantage of, as well as the great quality and awesome editing are so breathtaking. I’m also obsessed with the black and white versions of the pictures she included! I HIGHLY recommend her, especially if going to photo shoots aren’t your forte. Thank you again, Megan! These are memories we’ll be able to cherish for the rest of our lives and show our baby boy what he looked like in mommy’s tummy.
