JCPenney Portraits

Went in to get some business headshots and my experience was a x100 better than I expected. Grey was absolutely fantastic and helped me find my best angles. She offered me a variety of background options and poses. She was super attentive and so easy to work with.

It was a super busy evening when we went, but Collin at the desk and the photographer Grey were both so lovely and apologetic about the wait, as well as super informative and eager to answer any questions. We got some photos done with our cat Goose, and not only were they kind enough on the phone to reassure us that they were willing to photograph pets, (and they do!) but they also made sure to make the experience as sensory friendly for our little friend as possible. Overall amazing experience, and superb service! Thanks Collin and Grey!!

Me and my best friends just went and had the awkward photos done and let me tell you… Grey is absolutely AMAZING 10/10. I highly recommend having her take your pictures. We had the time of our lives. Thank you Grey for being so great and having fun with us!

First off, we are happy with a couple of our photos. I’ll say that from the beginning. However, our experience was so awkward and unprofessional that we all left wondering how the man doing our photos is even working there. We were the last session of the day and they were behind by a couple hours and then rushed. But the real kicker, SO many inappropriate things said from calling my very feminine daughter wearing a dress a "they/them/she whatever," (his words exactly). It was absolutely hurtful. Went in for awkward family photos and got the most awkward experience. Lindsay however did come in and save the day and we really appreciated that. Absolutely should not be working in that department. We did try to talk to more than a couple employees about it. I would actually LOVE to hear from someone about this experience.

Colin was amazing with our two grandkids. Picture came our super cute and once again Colin was so professional and patient. Thank you!

We had an amazing experience yesterday getting our family portraits/Christmas photos done. Cole did an amazing job and went above and beyond to make sure that we had an amazing experience. We will definitely be back!
