Moonbug Photography

Sonja takes some of the best performance photos I have seen. We used her services for an event recently and we were overwhelmed by the positive response from attendees! Her eye for both line and the peak of a moment is impeccable. She is warm, kind, and professional. We look forward to working with her again next year!

I had the opportunity to have a professional photo taken by Sonja. She was providing a complimentary 10-minute headshots as part of an Indy Maven lunch & learn. She took the time to ask what everyone’s occupation was as she took photos. In 10 minutes, I had an amazing gallery of photos to choose from. There were so many great choices, I purchased an additional photo! Sonja is an excellent photographer for professional headshots.

Sonja is an amazing photographer, especially for dance! I definitely recommend her services!

Sonja is the best! She recently photographed a performance for us and her work is top notch across the board. She has a keen eye for line and lighting and knows how to capture dancers at their best. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend Moonbug Photography! Sonja is an incredibly talented photographer with a laid-back approach who always puts her clients at ease, enabling them to completely be themselves in front of the camera. I have used Moonbug several times throughout the past 15 years for various photo shoots, including newborn photos of my son, mini family photo sessions, dance photos of my daughter, performance photos of my ballet students, and headshots for my job. Sonja's photos capture the most beautiful moments, and it is always hard for me to choose which photos to purchase since there are always so many great shots to pick from.

Sonja's photographs are always stunning! She perfectly understands how best to capture dancers at exactly the right moment so that their artistry is preserved forever!

Moonbug Photography is an excellent place to get beautiful professional photos! She was very responsive from the moment I reached out to her! She communicated promptly & efficiently! We used her for my daughter’s dance photographs for the upcoming audition season. She even had a dance expert there to help assist and make sure the photos had the proper technique and helped my daughter make the necessary adjustments to have the best photos to be able to use for her auditions. We highly recommend Moonbug Photography!
