JCPenney Portraits

For starters, my son Noah is genetically enhanced with Down syndrome and Autism. He is non-verbal, and getting photos—especially good ones—is not always easy. I booked a shoot last month because Lifetouch did such an awful job with my son’s school pictures, and I’m so glad I did. The photographer, Caressa, was absolutely amazing. By her second shot she captured my son smiling, and it’s one of the best photos I have of him. Her patience, calm presence, and positive energy made such a difference. She truly knows how to work with special people and special-needs children, and that alone deserves recognition. Kiara at the front desk was wonderful as well—she kept checking in on us and made sure we were comfortable throughout the process. It was quite busy with everyone getting their Christmas photos done, and it was a Saturday, so if you’re booking during the holidays, please be patient—it’s worth it. I’ve included my son’s photo along with a few I snapped during the process. Thank you again, ladies. You truly made our day. 💙

We went to get graduation pictures for my granddaughter. Luis assisted us. Luis was extremely helpful and professional. He did an excellent job and provided excellent t customer service .

We had a great time with Kiara during our session for our 6 month old. She was patient, thorough, kind, and engaging for the full session. After a few starting pictures, and some encouragement, our child connected and was comfortable with her. Thank you Kiara!!! We love our pictures and look forward to another session soon.

Great experience with Kiara! She was patient, and worked really well with us trying to get our 6 month old and 3 yr old to take pictures! We couldn’t just choose one picture, so of course we got them all! THANK YOU!

Went for an 11:15 appointment with my 4 month old and there were two families waiting to get photographed before us. We waited over an hour and ended up canceling. I understand sometimes they run late but at least communicate that to your clients. Over an hour wait with an infant is unacceptable since they’re on a tight feeding/sleeping schedule. We made our appointment at the allotted time for a reason. We wasted our whole morning getting ready for nothing. Disappointed how disorganized this location was and how they could not honor our appointment time. Beware if you’re planning your visit here.

Came in via appointment, Caress was our photographer and we could not have had better service. She went out of her way to make sure the photos and poses were perfect. She made us laugh and get the best possible Christmas photos we could have hoped for. Michelle and I want to thank you again Caress!!!! We will be coming again!
