I had an amazing experience during my maternity photoshoot! Even though my session started later in the evening around 7 PM, the energy was perfect from the moment I arrived. I was greeted by my photographer, who immediately made me feel comfortable by playing some good down south music to set the vibe. My friends were able to come along, which made the experience even more special. They were able to help touch up my hair and makeup throughout the shoot while my photographer kept everything running smoothly. He guided me through every pose, helped me on and off each set, and made sure I felt comfortable the entire time. You can genuinely tell he has a passion for what he does and truly cares about his clients. Every idea I had, he did his absolute best to bring to life. Overall, this was such a fun, professional, and memorable experience. I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out, and it’s safe to say I’ll definitely be booking with him again for future photoshoots. Highly recommend!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My wife and I had an amazing experience with Karvisual! The entire shoot was such a great vibe from beginning to end. He made us feel comfortable, gave great direction, and made the whole experience fun and natural. When we got our photos back, we were blown away they came out absolutely fire! The quality and attention to detail were incredible. We couldn't be happier with the results. If you're looking for a photographer who creates an awesome experience and delivers amazing photos, KarVisuals is the one to book. We'll definitely be booking again fasho.
Best studio in South Florida. The vibe was so amazing. When I booked I thought I was going to be shooting with the owner but omg I have no regrets the photographer that took care of me and my family was so amazing. I can’t wait to book for my next event.
From one business to another you truly have ZERO accountability. To make a VERY long review short. I had a scheduled session to which when I walk in for my session, there is already a session going on. When I ask the photographer, he is telling me his is calling the owner to extend his time. To top it off I had a client with me and the 4 people inside including the man staring at my client truly made it uncomfortable for her. When I reached out to Karvisual, they said they were looking into it but simply brushed it off. Lastly, the place is really dirty and not well kept. The bathroom and waiting area were a disaster. I am one who thrives on the experience we provide to our clients and for my first time coming to this studio, I honestly expected better. My experience was trash.
I meticulously prepared for my Christmas photo shoot. On December 23, 2025, I made several attempts to contact the studio to request my photographs; however, I received no response. Despite participating in a two-hour session, my photos were unfortunately lost. It was not until January 10 that I received a refund for my booking. I am seeking compensation for my time, as well as expenses related to hair styling, makeup, and clothing, through legal channels. Regrettably, I cannot recommend this studio to others and strongly advise against utilizing their services. Additionally, I encountered issues at their Fort Lauderdale location, where the bathroom facilities were out of order, and the changing area was poorly designed, located directly in front of a camera
Terrible customer service. Upsetting cause I wanted to support a black-owned business. Edited, Response to Reply: My review was critique of the service, not an attack on the business personally. Based on your response to my critique. I’m now critiquing your professionalism. "mind you this was a person who only inquired". I was ready to book! however wanted to inquire about the scope of the project. Specifically which aspects of the project this production studio could manage and what I might need to outsource elsewhere. Is there something wrong in inquiring first, before I pay for a service? Customer Service 101: Service doesn't start at the sale; it starts at the first hello. Once an experience has been established, that person holds power to broadcast their experience. Knowing word-of-mouth holds power, wouldn’t you want to aim for excellent score from beginning to end?… "Our website clearly says give us 24-48hrs to get back to your email". "clearly" … do I sense attitude? Would you mind reviewing that email thread? You got back to me on day 4. Why quick to defend instead taking accountability? The timeline to respond 24-48hrs is reasonable. I was very understanding of delays in the responses, as I assumed the person reading the emails likely did not have the answers and likely needed to get in touch with the person who did (someone who’s probably a very busy man). However, if more than 48hrs+ has passed, a simple message such as "Thanks for following up—please allow us another day or two to look into this for you" would go a long way. From a business perspective, you risk losing potential customers due to a lack of timely responses and the absence of a simple "we’re looking into this" "just a moment please." That’s terrible customer service. In those hours, potential customers could take their business elsewhere. For that reason, I relayed this critique. "Terrible" is a strong word, but that’s how strongly I felt about the customer service response time. I’m sure this is not the first time you lost business over this, or lost repeat customers because of it. For that reason, I consider it terrible. Customers will leave vague reviews, which makes it even more important to ensure the quality of service from beginning to end. Upon receiving my review, maybe consider something like, "Hmm, she thought our customer service wasn’t up to par—what can we do to improve that?". Or shouldn’t the response be asking for specifics about what I thought was so terrible instead of assuming it was simply because, as you put it, "people don’t get their way"? And shouldn’t that response involve taking accountability on your part rather than reacting emotionally? I mean, this is your public reputation we’re talking about. Can you honestly rate your customer service and response time a 10/10? If you lack the manpower to provide timely responses for the volume of emails you receive, the burden of patience shouldn’t fall on the customer. Shouldn’t you ask for understanding rather than assume it should be given? You did in your last email response; but your response here—pretty rude and no acknowledgement. I would have happily extended patience—but there was no follow-up that gave me the opportunity to do so until a few hours ago when I received a response. "I really wanted to support a black-owned business". What’s wrong with sharing my disappointment? I really wanted to work with you guys. Your work is excellent, but service and timely delivery is also important. Anyone can tell, just by reading this review who’s the nasty party is in this exchange. I clearly did not make the wrong decision.
I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with my experience with Kar Visuals. I noticed in previous comments they mentioned that the client has not booked services with them yet and argued back and forth with the client. I have actually booked with this company. They have half the cost services from me this far. I have NOT been to there studio yet and as you read my review you will understand. I booked this session expecting that the owner/photographer who is prominently advertised by the studio would be the person taking our photos. After hearing concerns from others in my local community, I reached out to confirm, and I was informed that there is no guarantee the owner would be the photographer for my session. This information was very important to me and should have been clearly communicated during the booking process. What was supposed to be a special and memorable experience for my pregnant wife and me has now become stressful and uncomfortable. I no longer feel confident moving forward because I do not know who will actually be providing the service or handling the final edits. I hope Kar Visuals improves transparency with future clients by clearly disclosing this information upfront. I wish I would have seen their google review page prior to booking as a previous client mentioned not hearing from the owner about their concerns and being dissatisfied with their maternity shoot. Now I am very concerned regarding the experience my wife and I will have the day of our shoot. Update: At this point, I have attempted to speak to the team about further concerns prior to my appointment unfortunately I have not had any success in hearing from higher up within the company. I will just assume that I will see the team or hear from the team on the day I am scheduled. It has been five business days thus far. Update: They have reached out to me today on day five.
