Bought team photos of both of my children. They weren't not the best quality but wanted to support my team. It took a few months to arrive & was damaged by the post office. I called Lehigh Photo and explained. I also sent them email with the information and photos of damaged prints. A woman said "She would leave a message for Issac." Weeks later I called again to check on the status. Had to give them all of my information again and was told he would call me. Called and emailed multiple times over the next few months (each time had to give all my information like they had never heard of me). I was told by the woman that they were reprinting my order. A month later with still no response I called the credit card company and reversed the payment. 5 months after the initial order & after our ball season ended I finally received my order. They did not apologize or communicate with me at all. Just called my credit card company to reinstate the charges. VERY unprofessional. I will NEVER order from this company again.

So disappointed with my sons baseball pictures I just received today! With the amount of money parents spend to get nice photos and then you get photos where the kids are not even standing right not looking at the camera and the photographer doesn't care snap and next....very unprofessional your running a business and should care a little more about your customers satisfaction with the end product! I could of taken better pictures myself.

Worst company dont use them. I recieved my sons soccer photos late then they ended up being of the wrong player. We did the special magazine cover and player cards. They wont even respond to messages or calls from me or the soccer league

Update: Now we are 8 months later, no picture and they still have our monies. Pictures were taken back in February 2024, Lakeland Babe Ruth League. Here we are at the end of May and no pictures yet for my son and daughter. I have reached out and sent a message through their website. No email back, no phone call back. They sure cashed in the monies.

Don’t waste you time and money with this company. My kid’s soccer club hired them for team pictures in Nov/22 and we never received them. They took the money though. Tried contacting them several times, never resolved anything, can’t even file a credit card dispute since it’s been over 60 days. Very disappointed.

Worth company ever! It's been over 6 month later and still not resolved issue and of incomplete order! I reached out 4 different times to get this resolved! I wish Auburndale Youth baseball did not use this company! I do not recommend it at all.

I wish I could give 0 stars. My son's entire baseball team had difficulty getting their photos & most took over a month. I have still not received my photos (today is 5/19) although they cashed my check back on 3/9. They had no problem taking my money and never providing us our photos. Horrible.
