JCPenney Portraits

We had such a wonderful experience at JCPenney Portraits, and we cannot say enough great things about our photographer, Leia. From the moment we arrived, she was incredibly friendly, patient, and professional, which immediately put us at ease. Taking photos with a baby can be challenging, but Leia was so kind and patient with our baby, never rushing us and making the entire session feel relaxed and enjoyable. She truly made us feel comfortable throughout the entire experience and handled everything with care and courtesy. We are extremely pleased with how our pictures turned out — they exceeded our expectations and captured such beautiful moments. Leia’s talent and warm personality made all the difference. Thank you so much, Leia, for such a positive experience and for giving us photos we will treasure forever. We highly recommend her to anyone considering JCPenney Portraits!

Had pictures taken of my Goddaughter for her 6 months birthday. The pictures were decent but could have been better for the price. Purchased the digital package to print through Shutterfly. Pictures came back with a particular pose that I love with cut margins through her face. Contacted lifetouch about the issue, I was told by Leiya who took the pictures and edited them and cropped and created the collages that it was not her problem and that I should take that up with Shutterfly. Shutterfly ( another BS) company reprinted and send me the pictures in the same manner. Called JCpenney Portraits customer service, the guy told me to pick another pose to print and that I needed to go to the studio for help. Leiya referred me to them and now he was referring me back to Leiya. He left me on hold and never returned. So basically, I am out of $250 total from both lifetouch and Shutterfly combine. The worst, don't go there. The pictures and the experience is not the best.

The service here was phenomenal. Amazing guidance taking pictures and attention to detail. The staff was so nice, the young man that took our family’s pictures was extremely talented. Will recommend to anyone looking to take professional or holiday pictures!

Not a happy customer! I took my family pictures at tree tops park. All my pictures came out blurry. I spent money on makeup and clothes and this is what I get. Never again horrible photographer

Fast and Easy I highly recommend taking pictures here. The staff was Very Helpful treated us nicely I will definitely be coming back.

I recently had the pleasure of doing an infant photoshoot with Joel, and the experience was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Joel made my little one shine throughout the entire process, bringing out the best balance of professionalism and warmth. The photos were beautiful. They made my heart swell with so much joy. Joel was fabulous! 10/10! Definitely would book again!
