We recently had a spring family shoot at the Hoyt Arboretum with Rebecca and boy did we have fun! We have a 1 and 3.5 year old who are impossible to wrangle and Rebecca knew all the tricks. She not only made the experience stress free for the whole family but we actually enjoyed the shoot and felt comfortable being ourselves (we are not great in front of cameras). We cannot express our gratitude enough and highly recommend Rebecca especially if you have littles.

Rebecca is such an amazing family photographer! We got to know her last year through our daughter's daycare. When I saw her photos, I was immediately taken away! She captures children's most innate, curious, and creative side. Once I saw her photos, I know immediately that she would be our family photographer. This year, we hired her to take our family photos at Hoyt Arboretum, an iconic, scenic place for families in Portland, Oregon. Oh my goodness, we had such a easy and fun time! Rebecca was so good with kids! My 2-year-old mischievous daughter bonded with her right away. She made us feel very comfortable just being ourselves in front of her camera. And of course, her photos are absolutely amazing!

We’ve had the pleasure of working with Rebecca multiple times over the years, and each time she has captured some of our most meaningful family moments. From a special photoshoot with my mother-in-law visiting from abroad, to a maternity session, to our baby’s newborn photos, and most recently, a simple yet beautiful shoot in our own neighborhood—Rebecca has a true gift for turning everyday settings into timeless memories. In our latest session, I came to appreciate even more her incredible ability to find beauty in simplicity. She doesn’t rely on elaborate settings—instead, she captures the genuine emotion and connection between us, allowing the moment itself to shine. I also want to highlight how wonderful she is with children. Like many parents, we often worry about how kids will behave during a photoshoot—but Rebecca is simply amazing. She engages them effortlessly and makes the entire experience fun and relaxed. It’s such a joy to see our kids smiling naturally while she works her magic behind the lens. With all of this, I highly recommend Rebecca. Her work is thoughtful, heartfelt, and truly special.

Rebecca was one of the most patient, understanding, and thorough people I’ve ever had the opportunity to work with. Her impressive communication skills could only be topped by how amazing her photos were. Somehow she worked magic in creating beautiful photos out of what felt like minimal cooperative moments with my young children. Her photos captured so much fun and beauty- so impressive. Plus, really great communication after the shoot around getting the pictures.

Rebecca did a fantastic job photographing our 5-year-old. We love them all and I appreciate getting each one in black and white and in color. The photos will make great gifts for the grandparents. Rebecca really captured our son's personality in these photos. The photography session was a short, so it was the perfect amount of time for a 5-year-old to focus. Rebecca made conversation with him, made him feel at ease, which made the process very easy. I'm so glad we got to get some professional photos before he starts kindergarten this fall.

Rebecca is an amazing family photographer. She’s taken photos of my immediate family and done a recent session with my Parents and my Sister and Brother’s family. Somehow, she was able to wrangle all 14 of us and make everyone look their best. She kept the energy high and even got my 2 year old niece to smile. Highly recommend!

Working with Rebecca was such a pleasure! From the beginning of the process she was communicative, flexible, and walked us through each step of the process. As a school director, I am so pleased with how smoothly our picture day went. As a parent, we got the best professional photos of my 4 year old to date. Her and her assistant made sure all of the children's faces were cleaned and ready for their photos. The care and attention they provided was amazing.
