Horrible!! Been waiting over 2 months for my kid's senior pictures. The photographer told me one week. After a month I called and was told between 4-5 weeks, but I'd receive the digitals the following week. That didn't happen. I called left a message, no call back. Called again after 2 months and was told I'd receive a text that week for pick up and a week and a half later, still no pictures or communication. I ordered a small package and don't understand what's taking so long. Very unprofessional business.

Zero star would be better. I am now struggling with this business for 4 years now. Only because my kids school uses them. There is never anything done in a timely manner. Packages don't match. I'd like to buy matching packages for both my kids in the same school but somehow that wasn't possible. 4 years ago it took 2 full months before they even sent the link that proof are ready and I could order. This year wasn't much better (6 weeks). Also, 7 weeks ago I paid for my daughter's senior photos and have not received them or even shipping info. Yesterday recieved the link to order pics for my other child, ordered, and have already recieved shipping info. Nothing seems to have any order of tasks. And also, they are double the price of any other school photos out there.

Good at taking pictures, but $500 for 10 pictures (the cheapest package) AFTER paying for the session is absurd. What is shady is that prices are not discussed until after paying for the session. Everything should be upfront and transparent, not backdoored. Would have gone elsewhere if I knew the prices up front.

Our son took his senior pictures at their studio - the pictures are amazing!!! We can’t wait to send out his Senior announcement. Also, we are so happy JSP is taking all of our schools Team Photos. So well done!

I gave it some time before I posted anything. However, I scheduled and paid for my seniors session for 9/7.. I got a call the day before (9/6) that his appt was cancelled due to "extreme heat." That was fine as the young girl said, "just text us a new date that works for you and we’ll work with you since this is our fault for rescheduling." Since then… I have attempted to call them several times and left messages with no return call. I have sent several text messages with no response. The only response I have received was 9/19 referring me back to the website. I sent another text on 11/1 with another date in December hoping to make it easier for them and secure a date for my son’s PAID for senior pictures… no response. So I called on the next business day… no answer.. I left a message… no return call. I sent another text on 11/4 expressing my frustration and asking for a confirmation, return call, or refund… STILL NOTHING. This is driving me wild. So… it’s been almost 4 months and I thought I’d share my experience to help others avoid the same frustration… they’re quick to keep my money though. Buyer beware.

The gentleman who took the yearbook senior pictures of my son was very professional and kind.. I made an appointment for 11:50am and had 12 different images to choose from and we were out of there by12:05pm. He was great. He even made sure there was no glare on my son's glasses. The little things were not over looked here. Very comfortable environment.

I called in advance and let them know my child has Asperger's which makes her a little shy. We went in for yearbook and senior photos. They were prompt and did great work. He took several poses and was really sweet about it. My child felt at ease. I can’t wait to see the photos! Well done!
