Very disappointed. I scheduled a session for 4pm on father's day. Was told if we were 5min late they'd have to reschedule us. We got there 5min early and there was one session in progress and another one still waiting in front of us. We waited over an hour for our session to even start. Then the studio was extremely hot and miserable for all of us involved including my 5month old. You can visibly see the sweat in the pictures and my curls imediately fell from wet hair. The photographer was fine but extremely talkative in a very annoying way. And wasn't the best with my son. Just disappointed with the hole experience really.
I made an appointment online a week before arriving and I recevied the confirmation. I drive about an hour to this studio with the family, for photos of our newborn twins. I arrive and I am told there is no record of me even with the confirmation and instead of honoring it or putting me next the man says theres no space, call the other store etc. As if to shoo us away. I explain again because he seems to not understand point of an appointment. Nothing changes, I find a manager nothing can be done. Horrible service, I did everything the way it should be done but I recevied the worst customer service, didnt even try to help. Very inconsiderate. And for future reference, the message that comes after explaining that your sorry, we know your not, evidently you didnt even try to help us. Save it.
Every time I book photos somehow there are several people still ahead of me and can never start on time. Biggest waste of my money getting my son’s photos done. Not to mention the pictures are god awful every time. I had An appointment at 10:30 this morning and it was 10:15 and they hadn’t even started with the two sessions ahead of my sons one year photos. Completely overpriced and terrible.
Classic bait-and-switch. Absolutely not worth the $180. We booked a 45-minute session, but only got about 15 minutes of actual photos. The rest was spent reviewing a very small set of shots and being pushing through an upsell process. We didn’t even receive the full 45 minutes we paid for. Our session was scheduled for 3:00, started at 3:03, and we were back home by 3:40 — and we live 7 minutes away. To make matters worse, we paid for a digital album that was supposed to include high-resolution images. Instead, we were sent 16 raw photos and then another 16 duplicates presented as "high-resolution," when in reality they were the exact same images. Overall, an extremely frustrating experience with mediocre photos and zero value for the price. Would not recommend.
We order photos for someone as a Christmas gift, we were told they would arrive in time. The photographer was GREAT! We never got our photos, so I went up there to try and get the digital copy so I can print the photos out myself so said person still get there gift at Christmas and was told they would have to charge me full price at $160 even though photos didn’t arrive. They did reorder them free of charge but is arriving late and complete ruined the point. Def don’t recommend using them.
I’m usually huge on looking at reviews before booking somewhere but because I brought my older kiddos to location for new born pics I figured why not this go around for my twins. First twins born early out in nicu so schedule week after they got out and they would be 6 weeks. Says newborn portraits are up to 6 weeks. Other location advised they can be put into the wraps but advices to make sure we tell them we want it as we check in we did and she’s like no because they are to old. Mmm what technically they weren’t even supposed to be bot. So they’re not to old then she says they’re to big again no they’re small because they weren’t supposed to be born so I drop it cause clearly she doesn’t want to. Then we’re aware we get 30 min to take photos because they’re twins and the person before us didn’t show so we start at 4:05 our apt is 4:15 she starts taking photos at 4:07 and the person who didn’t show fussed when they called to rescheduled they still wanted apt so when she came I. Guess what happens our sessions comes to and end by not even 4:15. But she sounds like she has a lot of great pics. So we go out wait for edits. I instantly want the digital for all so I can print or share as pleased like my previous kids. Again dumb of me because when I get them in the mail the pics are to far from the twins you can’t see their face… the twins are so far apart and most pics you can see some of the blanket they’re laying on but a big part of the floor so they were not even edit correctly. Overall it was a rushed experience that came out trash. Highly disappointed and highly regret Bo looking at these reviews it would have been a bullet worth dodging instead of paying $200 for digital photos that look horrible
Went to have family portraits taken for the first time since having my son. While I'm happy with how some of the photos turned out, I was quite upset with how some of my session was handled. Firstly, the studio was very hot and the photo taking part of the session felt kind of rushed (which definitely impacts the quality of the results, especially when working with a 2 month old). However my biggest complaint was how the pricing portion was handled. Upon arrival, I was asked if there were any specials I wanted to use. I stated I wanted to use the Mid-Week special. The employee acknowledged and saif she was familiar with the offer. I was counting on us having 1 free session (so pay for 3 out of 4 participants). This would have been 15x3= $45. Most importantly, I was counting on only paying $79.99 for a digital album. I wasnt interested in purchasing products, such as canvas, magnets, mugs etc. I wanted to discuss with extended family and make that decision later for their Christmas gifts. So I anticipated paying roughly $130 plus taxes. When it came time to look through photos, I explained what I wanted. The employee acknowledged that the special says the digital album should be 79.99, but refused to honor it without much explanation. Instead we were pressured into a $180~ package deal that included a lot of products we weren't even interested in. We ended up spending $100 more than we anticipated. Im not a confrontational person, so we paid and left. But i definitely won't be coming back to that particular location again. And I urge any future customers to iron out pricing ahead of the shoot so you won't be pressured after it's too late.
