I was treated very poorly. They required deposit for the same day reservation. I called 2 pm and asked for photographs for my newborn. They pushed me for quick appointment at 6 pm when we are rushed and required 50$ deposit. My wife didn’t feel well suddenly ( she just gave birth ) so we called right back to cancel at 3:30 pm. They didn’t want to refund the money (not even partially). Please don’t use them. Replying: this is our first baby and it was hard to do it in the same day. We figure that out after. You should understand and refund at least some of the money. I will remove this review if I get some money back at least.
