JCPenney Portraits

We've been going to this Portraits studio for 8 years to get our family photos every Christmas, birthday and other occasions. We've had great photos taken here. They have some fun new modern backdrops for Christmas. For the most part they will take enough photos to make sure you have nice ones to order after the session is over. Their program with membership allows you to take unlimited amounts of photos without paying Studio fees for two years. That's a really nice perk. Christmas time is really busy so be sure to ask your photographer to see the photos on their camera before leaving the studio. That way you can see if some of them are not what you wanted and ask them to delete it. I think they only can take 25 photos total. So if they delete some, they can retake more pictures of your family. That's a tip someone gave me years ago.

Absolutely no patience for my toddler she just snapped as many photos as she possibly could and didn't even bother to time the cute photos and had the audacity to try to sell me these unflattering photos of my toddler that I could've done better myself

Did a great job with three young kids. I was worried we wouldn't get good photos because two of my kids were being grumpy and difficult but they did great. My only complaint is we bought the digital photos and they do lnt give you all photos. The photographer picks the best 20. I think they should just give all of them because my oppinion of what is best may not be the same. Overall we were very happy and ordered our Christmas cards and bought their membership.

Luther at JCPenney in Santa Clarita was an absolute pleasure to work with during our couple's photography session. His professionalism and skill made the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free, yes even some of the viral awkward picture poses that are an absolute MUST! Suuuuch a good date night idea and the pictures are everything we hoped for! My husband really enjoyed the experience and thought the world of Luther too! Would highly recommend booking a session if you're looking for a mix of beautiful quality studio portraits and some good laughs!

Luther has done an amazing job!!! Time after time again!! He has done all of my children’s photos and he takes his time and does an excellent job getting their attention!!! The pictures are of excellent quality!!! He deserves a double raise for the time and effort he puts his heart in these photos!!! You can definitely tell he loves what he does!!! Today a did a re-shoot with Luther. I had gotten my photos done the day before with a different photographer and wasn’t happy with them. When I called to ask about a reshoot Luther was so kind and he was absolutely amazing and actually photographed me himself on his Birthday. He helped make my business shots look awesome & he was super patient & could tell he really cared and took pride in his work. His customer service was 10/10

Every year we go to JCPENNEY for our family photos and this year was by far the best photo session ever! Our photographer Andrew was amazing. He was very creative, detailed and attentive. We are very happy with each and every photo that was taken. If you're planning to have photos done at JCPENNEY portrait studio, then definitely book a session with Andrew. You will be extremely happy you did!
