I have laughed and cried at the same time three times in my life: when the Washington Capitals won the Stanley Cup, when I saw my bride during our first look, and when we received wedding photos from Bethany. Do not hire any other photographer in the metro Washington, DC area if you want crystal clear, flattering, well-composed, and gorgeous photos of your wedding. Bethany is a delight to work with. She is calm, patient, considerate, and a delight. She and her second shooter captured every conceivable aspect of our wedding that made it special to us and our guests. Bethany did it all with a smile. It was a huge relief to find a photographer who exceeded our highest hopes for a partner in preserving images of our day. We could not recommend Bethany more highly—we look forward to calling on her again as soon as we can.

Bethany was fantastic! She really worked with us during these crazy times and produced absolutely beautiful photos. I can not recommend her enough. Bethany was such a pleasure to wok with! She was professional, kind and incredibly patient (tasked with capturing a shy but joyful 20 month old)! Bethany did an amazing job photographing my daughter Charlotte and her horse, Audi. Charlotte had asked for this photo shoot as a high school graduation gift, and Bethany lived up to our highest expectations. She was able to beautifully capture the relationship between Charlotte and Audi, and her carefully crafted compositions have resulted in some truly stunning photos that Charlotte will treasure for life. If you are looking for equine photography, Bethany is your go-to person!

Bethany is an unbelievably amazing photographer. Back when her and I first talked I had expressed to her that I was worried about feeling or looking uncomfortable in our photos, and my husband didn’t want the classic overly posed wedding photos. Bethany delivered everything beyond what we could imagine in just our engagement photos. We received so many compliments on those, and we didn’t even have wedding photos yet! Leading up to the wedding, Bethany was very communicative and open to answering any questions I had. She worked with me to create a timeline leading up to the wedding and helped build my own confidence as we approached the wedding. Her and her second shooter, Nicole, arrived early to scout out our venue and start taking photos. When we had a few issues with other vendors, they immediately jumped into help which was beyond what I could have ever expected. As I was panicking they assisted with everything and helped to calm me down and reassume me about the rest of the day. Bethany truly kept me grounded through the madness. Once we got to start taking photos, all the worried melted away. Bethany is so easy to work with and made all the photos so fun to take. I received several compliments from guests at the wedding about how kind Bethany is, which is one of the reasons we hired her. Apparently Bethany did not sleep that night, as we received a sneak peak of our photos the day after our wedding, to which we have received non stop compliments of how beautiful they are. Bethany is absolutely amazing and I could not recommend her more! Thank you for capturing all the most special moments of our big day.
