I recently had a boudoir photo shoot, and I can honestly say it was one of the most empowering, uplifting experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt welcoming, intimate, and thoughtfully curated. Every detail—from the lighting to the music to the way the photographer guided me—made it easy to relax and step into a version of myself I don’t always get to see. The photographer had an incredible gift for making me feel confident and supported. They gave gentle direction when I needed it, celebrated every pose, and never rushed a moment. Instead of feeling self-conscious, I felt strong, beautiful, and completely in my element. By the time we finished, I left with a sense of confidence I didn’t even know I was missing. The final photos absolutely blew me away. They were elegant, tasteful, and captured a side of me that felt both powerful and deeply authentic. Every image felt like a reminder that beauty isn’t something you put on—it’s something you own. If you’ve ever even considered doing a boudoir shoot, I cannot recommend it enough. This experience made me feel celebrated, seen, and genuinely proud of myself. It was more than a photo session—it was a gift I didn’t know I needed.

I began this journey with timid curiosity and left an utterly changed woman. From the initial application to the collecting of my art, I can not truly describe the absolute brilliance that I experienced other than to say Jana and her team were put on this planet to guide women home and to truly understand the magnificent beauty they are. I know I am loved. I know I am beautiful. I know I am a gift and that means more to me than anything. Trust that voice calling you to do this! She is NEVER WRONG!

I recently had some pictures taken with these ladies. The experience was amazing. The ladies that take you through this experience from start to finish make you feel so comfortable in your own skin and help you every step and picture along the way. I anticipated the pictures coming out very good, but I was amazed there were maybe 3 of the 80 shots that I was "ehh" about. I left the photo shoot, high on the experience. I left the viewing session high on me! It was an amazing feeling, my cheeks hurt from smiling as we went through the photos! An experience every woman deserves for themselves!

It's hard to give an accurate review of Sacral Boudoir because it's so many things at once. It's not just a professional boudoir shoot that will give you sexy, fun, and sometimes hauntingly bewitching images, it's a girls' day out, it's therapy, it's creativity and theater, it's nostalgia and reflection on where you've been and where you're going. The mental, emotional and physical journey of preparing by meeting with Jana online, all the way through the shoot and then follow up visits give you a unique chance to see yourself: the girl, the lady, the woman, the model. Going through this process with their team is a rare gift. I found myself free to talk about life, womanhood, motherhood, sexuality, with three ladies I barely knew throughout the day. They have an ability to put you at ease and bring you out of your day-to-day and into a mini feminine adventure. If you have a choice between this studio and another, choose this one! You won't regret it.

I recently had my photoshoot and this experience was amazing. I was nervous but had always wanted to have boudoir photos done and Jana made me feel very comfortable from the start. We were in contact often to plan everything ahead of time. On the day of my photoshoot I met Laura and right away her energy started easing my nerves. From hair and makeup to the photoshoot the team was so enthusiastic and encouraging. They made me feel beautiful and Laura was amazing at guiding me the entire time. When I did the final review with Jana, I was amazed at how my photos turned out and I am so happy that I finally did this.

I can’t praise Sacral enough and their amazing team of ladies!! From start to finish, my experience with Sacral Beauty is one I will never forget. There wasn’t even a second where I felt uncomfortable or unworthy of being there. I walked into this experience with a lot of fear and nerves. I have struggled to feel comfortable and confident in my body most of my life. Now I wake up feeling lighter and have a beautiful reminder of just how worthy I truly am. Thank you Jana so much for creating such an amazing and empowering space to give women the chance to tune back into themselves and their power! I can’t wait for my next shoot 🙂
