Wonderful pictures and even better service. We had an amazing customer service experience with our child's school portrait. Having not received the original copies from our school, I reached out to them. The person I spoke with was incredible! She offered to reprint and send directly to us free of charge. She went above and beyond to ensure we received the photographs. I cannot recommend them highly enough If your school is not already using Dorian, they absolutely should.

We had such a nice experience with Dorian Studio for my daughter’s school photos. They were super friendly, easy to communicate with, and made the whole process feel really smooth. Definitely appreciated how kind and helpful they were!

I ordered sixth grade pictures for my twins. When I received them they were not individual photos as I was used to, they were in a book. The book had one of the twins names on the outside but photos of both on the inside. I just was surprised about all of that. I called Dorian and they immediately explained the issue and said they didn’t know why it was only in one book though and the sweet lady that I talked to was so kind and understanding and she said she would take care of it and before the day was over they had already shipped out replacement photos. I can’t say enough good things about this company. Customer Service is alive and well at Dorian.

My daughters love picture day and Dorian studio have many backgrounds for them to choose from. Quality of pictures are always perfect.

Not the best experience at all. They managed to take the worst photo of my kid, and when I reached out to discuss it, they refused to take responsibility for anything. Instead of acknowledging the issue, they blamed the school—saying it wasn’t their job to notice if a student’s clothes needed straightening or even to let the child know when to smile. When I asked my son why he didn’t smile, he said the photographer never told him when the picture was being taken. He just snapped the photo and moved on. I don’t know if it’s just me, but isn’t it the photographer’s job to guide the student, make sure they’re ready, and take a good picture? According to them, they rely on school staff and volunteers for how the student looks, which makes no sense for a company hired to take pictures.

I contacted about my missing spring picture package and spoke with Alex. I was extremely impressed with Alex's kindness, efficiency, and passion for customer service. His upbeat attitude, efficiency, and personal touch made me feel valued as a customer. I hope all your representatives embody these qualities. Alex's exceptional service has convinced me to order from your company again.

Shoutout to Dorian Studio! Not only did they do a great job taking my kiddos pics but they also have top notch customer service. I have 3 kiddos and one of them didn’t receive their class picture. I didn’t realize it until it was time to take Spring Photos a few months later. I contacted Dorian Studios and Connor C was very understanding, empathizing and attentive.
