T&F Camera

I visited T&F Camera while returning to NJ for my mother’s funeral. While helping prepare photos for the service, I found my mom’s old Nikon. I am primarily a videographer and have no knowledge of film, but I wanted to make sure the camera worked and attempt to give it a second life. During my first visit, the owner Bart spent some time reviewing the camera, showing me how it worked (and sounded a bit surprised that it still did). He showed me how to load film and made some recommendations, and we talked briefly about the shop and its history. A couple weeks later, having filled my first roll, I returned and met Mike #3. He again took time and care in explaining the scanning process, checked the camera again, recommended lenses and additional rolls of film. He even went so far as to look up camera shops that handle film processing in Georgia, since I’m returning there soon now tha the services are over. I cannot say enough incredible things about this family-run business. Everyone I interacted with truly seems to care about the customer. I’m only upset I hadn’t stumbled upon them while I still lived in NJ! I’m excited to learn film photography and carry on my mom’s hobby and it’s all thanks to the level of care they provided.

Worse and worse every year! Every year they take pictures of my children at school, and every year they conveniently "forget" to send the codes to purchase the photos. Any time you get try to get in touch with them, Bart treats you like trash, with no regard for privacy, and absolutely no professionalism. He doesn't want to help, and makes that very clear in his email jabs back-and-forth. The products are extremely overpriced as well for what they are, much better off changing the school over to someone like LifeTouch that understands how to deal with the public in a more professional way, and with better value too.

I’ve had nothing but great experiences with T&F Camera. It’s a family-owned shop, and you can feel that the moment you walk in. The staff is knowledgeable, approachable, and genuinely cares about helping you, not just making a sale. What really sets them apart is their focus on education. They don’t just sell you gear and send you on your way. They take the time to teach you how to use it so you can actually grow as a photographer. They also offer private education, group events, and bring in world-renowned photographers to teach workshops, which is something you don’t see everywhere. If you’re looking for a place that supports your craft, not just your purchase, T&F Camera is it.

Came in to get a new camera for my business. Mike was super knowledgeable about the camera and its abilities and even allowed me to test everything in store to be sure it was good for my specific application from now on they will get my business they even hold classes for photography. 5 star experience!

If I could give no stars I would. My son had pictures with his soccer team and the two "photographers" that took the pictures were EXTREMELY rude to not only my son but some of his other teammates. They looked so annoyed to be there. They need to either retire or go take pictures or trees. The male snatched a paper out of my 7 year olds hands because he got aggravated, the lady got smart and rolled her eyes at my son. If you don't have patience with kids you shouldn't sign yourself up to take pictures of kids. My son regularly gets pictures taken and he has never had an issue. I could've easily snapped that day on the field but them being elders I would've looked like I was in the wrong. So here's a review instead so you two can read over and maybe it can make you a bit remorseful. To make matters worst, the pictures I received are horrible, I would've gotten better pictures taken at the Cumberland mall on a holiday rush. If you care about the way people treat your kids/family stay away from these two grumpy folks.
