Shy Heart Studios

I hired Shy Heart Studios to do my branding photos. Brianna is Amazing! I always struggle with figuring out what to bring for outfits, and props for telling my story. She had calls with me to plan so that I could create a packing list. we talked over what my story was and how I wanted to represent that in the photos. When I got there, we had my toddler (2 years old) with us for the family portion of my photos and she was able to be herself without fearing being in the photos. Brianna included her throughout the day so that I was able to get photos and feel comfortable. There were so many wonderful photos. And then to add one, she did videos for my shoot as well! As I went through the photoshoot, I was able to get so much content for social media. I have always felt ill prepared for photos and I felt confident and comfortable. I felt like it was exactly how I wanted it but the photos and videos turned out better than I could imagine. I cannot wait for our other sessions. I love that I got these photos and videos, and that I trusted my gut to go with Brianna. I’m so exited to finally have someone who is my go to for branding!

We had the best experience working with Brianna and her team at Shy Heart Studios. Taking pictures with two toddlers can be a challenge, but Brianna made sure the whole family was smiling and truly enjoying themselves. She captured some of the most beautiful, authentic photos of our family that will last us a lifetime. Shy Heart Studio itself was truly a one-of-a-kind experience when choosing our photos and artwork. We were moved to tears when we saw the incredible images Brianna captured that day. Brianna was wonderful to work with! Very accommodating and a great communicator. We love the pictures we got from our wedding and she did a great job of getting shots with our guests quickly so we could enjoy our event. She had an assistant with her for our wedding on Catalina island and they even brought a drone for aerial shots. We got the pictures back in under 4 weeks!

She gave clear and helpful direction, which was so appreciated, but also managed to keep the whole experience light, easy-going, and genuinely fun. I have had many photoshoots. This was by far the most incredible. Brianna takes her time and knows how to capture your actual essence—not just your body, face, or brand…but HOW it comes together. She is detail-oriented and genuinely cares! You can feel it when she shoots you. Trista was also the best hype woman and content creator. Having her there shooting b-roll was so fun. I felt so taken care of and like NOTHING was missed. I also love that Brianna had vision and listens to what you want and what you’re envisioning. It’s just a beautiful collab and that’s what anyone needed a photographer needs.

I had the best experience working with Brianna for branding photos. She knew exactly how to help me pose, gave me guidance on what to wear with which backdrop and came up with a ton of creative photo ideas. I usually avoid being the one in front of the camera and she made the whole experience so fun and comfortable so I looked natural on camera. She's incredible, has an amazing team, and her studio is gorgeous. Highly recommend!
