I brought my 5 month old here for Santa photos! They did such a good job. All of the photos turned out great. Everyone we dealt with was really friendly and fun.

Although we had an appointment we had a long wait. However, once started the photo shoot went well although there were frequent interruptions by another photographer. I did get a couple of discounts which were nice!

I scheduled an appointment for family pictures 2 weeks ago. When they called to confirm my appointment, they told me they were not allowing outfit changes because they were overbooked and there would be enough time. I was told that if didnt matter how early I booked, that’s what their manager said for Thursday-Sunday. I called back to ask for an email address to the store to address my concerns. They said the my didn’t have one. I cancelled my appointment. I do appreciate the red flags being raise prior to the appointment.

I booked a holiday photo session for my family and I. Upon entering we were immediately hit with the odor of smoke. The photographer Jarquez did not want to be at work and it very apparent during our session. He did not provide guidance for poses or what would take place during the session nor appropriate accommodations for a newborn. We did not enjoy and I will not be returning.

All the reviews state exactly what I came here to state. My family had photos scheduled for 3:45pm today. When we arrived and checked in, we had 5 sessions ahead of us that had been there since earlier. Horrible!! They only had 2 photographers and 1 went on lunch shortly after we arrived. As I am pretty much sure it was well needed. Needless to say our family photo session with the grandparents, siblings, and grandchildren where ruined. The kids melted one by one, and we were forced to cancel our session after patiently waiting. This was devasting to me. Photos can say a million things and sometimes that's all we will have left to cherish along with memories. I will now have to reschedule this session with someone who is also valuable of the customer's time as well!

I would not recommend this place to anyone. Back in November, my family and I scheduled a holiday photo session. Despite arriving on time for our appointment, we were forced to wait nearly two hours before being seen. The photographer we were assigned was unprofessional, simply snapping pictures without any real direction or effort. Unsatisfied with the experience, I reached out to corporate, and they offered a free reshoot along with a partial refund of $125. We decided to give them another chance, and fortunately, the second photographer, who traveled from Texas, was fantastic. However, months have passed, and despite multiple calls and emails (over five attempts), I have yet to receive the refund that was promised. It is now March, and their failure to follow through has made it clear that this business lacks professionalism and customer care. I would strongly advise others to take this into consideration before booking. Save yourself the frustration and choose a company that values its clients.

The man that took me and my family pictures was nice, but rude in his own way. For example, every time I would ask something; he would cut me off. Then say, if you let me finish I can explain to you better. I didn't even ask him that many questioning. My experience at JC Penny for the (FIRST TIME ) and the way me and my family pictures was taken was not at all what I expected it to be. LOOK AT MY DAUGHTER FEET. He could have asked me to turn her feet around or could you make sure her shoes are on. He rush me and my family. He would not let me try to make my daughter smile. She did not smile in ONE photo. And when I did make her smile, I didn't see not one Photo of it. I took this photo at home of my Daughter in the Blue and White Background On my Bed. I did a better Job than the rude staff member at JC Penny. I notice that it was Different shades of people working at the time me and my family got our pictures taken. The rude staff member that took my photo was Caucasian. I will never come back.
