Horrible customer service. We paid for the baby panel, which they made us pay for in advance then moved to another state after our 3 month pictures. Did not tell us and never answers their phones. When we finally got in touch and realized they expected us to drive over an hour to get to them, they said they’d give us a discount for the inconvenience but only if we purchase something else. No refund on the baby panel they made us pay up front for, nearly a year before we actually receive the item. I am currently pregnant and we will absolutely not be using this company for our new baby even though the rest of our kids have a baby panel. We are done with them forever.

Everyone was so kind and helpful from beginning to end! The wonderful photographer did such a great job and was so patient with our super active kiddos. Staff was super professional and helpful during picture and package selection, also. We are very pleased and will return again! 🤗

We had pictures taken on Halloween by Jonathan and Matt. They were amazing! We had an outdoor session with a very adventurous 3 year old little boy and they captured great pictures not only of him but of our entire family. They told us that we would have our proofs within 5 days. We were in complete shock that we had them back that afternoon. I am so thankful that we allowed Lasting Expressions to take our family pictures and would suggest them to anyone!!

We opted to visit the studio while visiting family and get 5/6 month old shots... but here’s some background- the studio was incredibly clean and the staff clearly put customers first! I wanted to try and get some unique shots and probably came in with too many ideas but our main photographer took her time and she was such a joy to work with. We came back after a week or so to review the shots- it was so hard to narrow it down! They didn’t make our daughter look plastic/too air brushed- these memories will be treasured forever. I’ve used their photographers countless times now every time we go back to the Memphis area and I am always impressed with their skills!

I wonder how they reached 4.3/5 review. I wish there is 0 stars to give. They came at my room in the hospital and took "professional photos" for my little princess , we paid $150 to find that her pictures is far away from professional. You can do much better with your phone, simple as that. I am the one who asked her to take a pic with the balloons as a background or guess what??? You would find the dinner tray as the background. I thought they gonna do re touch so the redness on my little one would go away. To stop her from crying they pushed a green pacifier ( she was wearing peachy outfit) into her mouth and took pictures. I thought they gonna change the background but nope it was awful and they didn't explain themselves well. It is a JOKE. $150 went to trash. Don't let them do your baby photo at the hospital if you want professional photos. Period.

I don’t even know where to begin.... we had great experience with our first born, almost 4 years ago. Getting all our pictures from the hospital to his 12 month photo shoot was such a fun experience . It was no doubt we opted to go with them for our second born. However with our second one, it was awful experience . I don’t know if the management changed or they just hired all the rude and unprofessional staff. Every photo shoot was rushed, pictures were very poor and we were not even given chances to say on how we wanted . I couldn’t wait finish the 12 month panel that we had signed up . Will never be going to this place ever again !!! Wouldn’t recommend to anyone as well ......

Went in to have photos taken of my little one for a specific occasion. We arrived 10 minutes early. Once in the building no one greeted us or acknowledged our presence. At our appointed time the photographer appears and takes us back. The photo shoot was very short, and photographer did very few poses; it all felt very rushed. When spouse went to review the photos and select prints, they kept insisting on upselling a package. We did get the shot we needed. Wouldn't recommend to friends
