James Kern Photography

James Kern Photography is a wonderful organization. When I was looking for a photographer for myself, I looked at a few places, and ultimately picked James because his photos showed the best quality of any place I looked! I was very comfortable working with James during our session, and it was fun to see him setup as I was able to learn quite a few things about the importance of lighting and shadows. He was VERY particular about these aspects of photography, which made it clear he is very talented! I would be thrilled to work with him again in any capacity, and highly recommend for any style of photography you are looking for! Trust his judgment and your photos will turn out beautifully 🙂

James is amazing inside and out. I’ve known him for years, and not only is he wonderful to work with by being kind, sociable, and considerate, but he is also so very talented. James flew to Michigan to shoot not just our wedding, but our Engagement photos as well. His commitment to his craft and making sure I was was happy was just off the charts! Literally the best experience I could have asked for! He makes you feel comfortable and is prepared for any situation. He even helped me plan out my morning during my stress. A lifesaver, truly!

Excellent photographer. He knows how to get a great shot with care, ease, and precision. His set-up is stellar, and his demeanor is wonderful. The hardest part was choosing which shot to go with! If you want a new headshot or portrait, I highly recommend James.
