Enchanted Fairies of Round Rock, TX

I booked a session for my three kids after coming across so many Facebook videos. It came with a free 8×10 portrait but was told i could upgrade to a 16×20 portrait ($900 value) if I paid an extra $147 which I decided to do. The day of the shoot came and other than the dresses being dirty, it went well. The photographer did a good job with the kids and they had a great time. A few days later, we were able to see the pictures on a zoom call. When I realized the packages were too expensive for me ($2,500+ and $500 each digital image) I decided I would just do the 16×20 I had already paid for. I picked the image I liked most and went on from there. Surprisingly, the portrait arrived much faster than I thought and I really liked it. However, when I was going to hang it up, I accidentally scratched it with my nails and it got ruined. How can something that is supposedly worth $900 and be such amazing quality and said to last for sooo many years scratch and ruin so easily? My kids and I really liked the experience but now all we are left with is one way overpriced, scratched and ruined portrait. I am just beyond disappointed.

I had high expectations and was so excited but was let down. Dresses were dirty. Not really an experience at all and not any better than a Macy's or JC pennies. Environment was sad and no music or fun. We had to ask for the fairy wings (my daughter's favorite part). Also heads up you have to meet on a zoom call to see images which took forever, Matthew was very nice though and was willing to work with me, but not what I was looking for. I was sold on the experience but the only experience I had was getting scammed.

I went with my adult daughter and 3 year old granddaughter. We had so much fun. Haley was awesome, patient and helpful. My granddaughter was in heaven dressing up as a fairy. Her mom wore the same color dress and that made it extra special. The photo session kept all of us engaged and was not stressful, thanks to Haley.

Took my daughter for her session and I cant remember her name, perhaps it was Haley. But she was super nice and friendly, made my daughter feel safe and comfortable. When we arrived the mom before us had arrived late, but she let us know she be with us soon. It took about 40 min. She showed us a few of the takes, and let us know what the next steps are. We loved that we could bring our own dress and costume. The prices might be high but those are some quality pictures!

I don't recommend......I did this, my daughter she really wanted to. She had a great experience. However, the dresses were not particularly clean, make-up smudges, no mirror in the dressing room, props broken, props were cheesy and outdated.......

My granddaughters couldn't stop talking about being a fairy princess. Her session went so well that the pictures turned out beautiful and her experience was great. I recommend this experience to all children. Thank you for making the experience so delightful for Finley. Vicki Brown
