The experience so far has been great. We just completed our photography session with Jackson, who really made me feel comfortable (coming from someone who doesn't often opt into being in photos). The experience is definitely handled by professionals with a tailored style that is way more than "point and shoot". Every step of the way is clear. They do all the heavy info. and lifting, all you have to do is show up looking how you'd like. If we ever have another portrait done, I would 100% schedule again with RRFP.

Where do I even begin — from start to finish, this was a magical experience! We had the fur baby shoot for our little family and first impression? Professional, friendly, and so so fun. The team was so caring and tentative, and the touches throughout the photo shoot were nothing short of thoughtful. Not only was this an adventure, but the photos came out beyond any expectations we could’ve had! We can’t wait to come back with our puppy when he’s not a puppy anymore and add to the collection!

My husband and I had our photos done at the Roundrock, Tx location. Our photographer was Jackson. He was amazing. We didn’t want to leave. He made us feel like celebrities. We wanted a commemorative photo for our forever home after our military life. This feels like we now have a true place in time that will last for generations. My husband and I just had our portraits taken by Jackson and had an incredible experience! We were celebrating our anniversary with this photoshoot and Jackson made us feel soooo comfortable. We really needed guidance on posing and he did exactly that while making sure to consider how we felt most comfortable. 10/10 recommend a photoshoot here!

Jackson was an amazing photographer. I've never had pictures done professional and he guided me and my pup through the whole process in a way that felt comfortable throughout. The pictures came out wonderfully - while the posed pictures are lovely, I was impressed with the one's he took that captured moments between me and my dog. Two of those ended up being my absolute favorites! Well done, and thank you so much. I can't wait for my portrait to arrive.

Absolutely amazing experience! Very warm and welcoming! Jackson did an excellent job! He made me feel comfortable with new poses and got some of the best photos! Update: Staff like Jackson was still a great experience. However, after my session was finished I was scheduled for a zoom call. My session was "free" but I paid a retainer and upon finishing my zoom call I was completely ghosted! No one will return a call or text or email. No one will tell me if I’m getting my retainer all because I didn’t accept the upselling they were trying to give me. It’s been well over a week since I did my session and to me this is extremity unprofessional and downright disrespectful of the time and effort I put in to driving there over an hour. I have a senior dog and this was supposed to be a good experience and the only good part was our photographer. Disappointing.
